International Student Orientation Schedule

SPRING 2012 SEMESTER
JANUARY 9 - 13, 2012

 
Monday, January 9
 
8:30 a.m. Math Placement Test ONLY for undergraduates in Maxim Doucet, room 211. Bring soft lead pencils, your passport, and a calculator. All undergraduates not having transfer credits from a U.S. Institution must take the math test.

1:00 p.m. MANDATORY International Student Orientation - in the Bastille Room on the 2nd floor - for all new incoming international students (graduate and undergraduate).

  - Immigration Session.

3:30 p.m. Datasheets will be collected and verified at the Office of International Affairs. Clearance cards necessary to register will be given out to students who attend orientation.

 
Tuesday, January 10

Undergraduate students report to Student Union Ballroom for MANDATORY campus- wide orientation.

1:00 p.m. MANDATORY orientation for all Graduate Students in Moody Hall, Room 103.

11:30 a.m. Welcome reception at the OIA Lobby (everyone is invited).

1:00 p.m. First Coffee Hour sponsored by the International Student Council and a trip to the Social Security Office.
