Arrival Pickup Form Important: Before you request the pickup service, please take a moment to check the ticket whether your ticket is to Lafayette, Louisiana.The Airport code is LFT. There are cities with the name Lafayette in ten other states in the United States.

Upon Arrival

Office of International Affairs will take all the measures to pick up a student, if the request is made to OIA. If a situation happens, and there is no one at the airport to pick up, wait for few minutes. You may call the OIA at (337) 482-6819 during office hours or call the University Police at (337) 482-6447 after hours.

Due to the limited space in housing, if you plan to stay on-campus housing, reservations must be made prior to arrival. Please make the necessary arrangements as soon as possible. Please contact the Housing Office at (337) 482-6471 or email housing@louisiana.edu.
