The appropriate letter of admission and SEVIS I-20AB will be issued only after all credentials have been received, and the applicant has been admitted to the University. Contact the Office of International Affairs to request a hardcopy (printed copy) of Application materials.
 
First Time Freshmen (have not attended a post-secondary institution)
 
Submit official or certified true copies of all post secondary academic records, transcripts, notes, and/or mark sheets from foreign institutions and U.S. schools, if applicable. A course program syllabus should accompany the records from foreign institutions.
 
Transfer Students (have attended a post-secondary institution)
 
Submit official or certified true copies of all post-secondary academic records, transcripts, notes, and/or mark sheets from foreign institutions and U.S. schools, if applicable. A course program syllabus should accompany the records from foreign institutions. Decision on your application cannot be made until all the documents are submitted. All the documents need to be received by the Office of Admissions at least 90 days prior to the semester for which the admission is sought. The following materials are required in order to process your application:
  • Official TOEFL Score (minimum 195 on computer-based testing) from ETS
  • Completed Online Application form
  • A non-refundable application fee of US$30.00 - NO CASH
  • Financial Information Form - PDF (Note: SEVIS I-20AB or IAP-66 cannot be issued without a completed Financial Information form)
  • Completed Immunization Policy - PDF
  • Transfer Students submit official or certified true copies of all post-secondary academic records, transcripts, notes, and/or mark sheets from foreign institutions and U.S. schools, if applicable. A course program syllabus should accompany the records from foreign institution(s).
