Intensive English Program Application

After the form is submitted, a staff member should receive it and reply within three (3) working days. If a reply isn't received within that time, please call (337) 482-9028 or e-mail iep@louisiana.edu.  Please do NOT apply to an undergraduate or graduate program at UL Lafayette until you complete the Intensive English Program.

F-1 students: This address must be outside of the U.S. (in your home country). This is required to issue a SEVIS I-20AB.

*Note: On-Campus housing for married couples is very limited. Housing is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
